Pride in Place is an opportunity to help shape the future of Blakenall, Harden and Goscote—and there is a part for you to play.
You might have an experience to share, know people we should hear from or want to offer some time and practical help. You don’t need a title, previous experience or a fully formed idea.
Whether you can offer a little or a lot, we’d like to hear from you. And if you want to follow the progress before deciding, you’re welcome to do that too.

HELP SHAPE THE DECISIONS
We’re still inviting people to express an interest in joining the Neighbourhood Board. You can also register an interest in supporting its work as opportunities develop.
You don’t need previous Board experience. Local knowledge, different perspectives and a commitment to the area matter.
BRING OTHERS INTO THE CONVERSATION
Help us reach more people. You could introduce a local group, share the invitation with neighbours or help bring people together for a conversation.

THE NEIGHBOURHOURHOOD BOARD
The Neighbourhood Board will help shape the vision, investment plan and funding priorities for Pride in Place.
Its work needs to stay connected to people across the area, including those who do not sit on the Board.
The Independent Chair will help bring different views together and support fair, open discussion. Community conversations and opportunities to contribute will continue alongside the Board’s work.
